1. In the Network editor window, click the 
Insert mode symbol.
2. In the Network window, click the Polygons button.
3. With the mouse pointer click the position at which the upper left corner of the rectangle shall be positioned, hold down the mouse button and draw a frame downward and to the right in the required size of the rectangle.
The Create polygon window opens.
4. Select the desired option.
